ABOUT US

Malvern Condominium Property Management has been managing condominiums in the Greater Toronto Area since 1972. We manage condominiums exclusively, which enables us to focus our efforts in keeping up with this ever changing industry and providing individually-tailored, quality service to our clients.

Our Senior Management team brings over 50 years of combined experience in all aspects of the industry. This includes experience on individual Condominium Boards and the ACMO (The Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario) & CCI (Canadian Condominium Institute) Boards. Our Senior team all hold the R.C.M. (Registered Condominium Manager) Designation, and we are active in the industry associations; serving on many committees and working to educate Condominium Owners on all aspects of condominium life. Our Vice-President, John Damaren RCM, was voted Manager of the Year by ACMO members in 2006.

We are proud members of ACMO and CCI, and have been sponsors of the joint CCI/ACMO conference since 2002.

We are one of the first companies to have achieved the quality status of ACMO2000 certified, and we were the first to complete our compliance audit in 2008.

We were recognized with the Corporate Member of the Year Award by ACMO in 2006.
