Senior Manager

Job Description:

Malvern Condominium Property Management, a leader and dynamic growing firm, is seeking to add a Senior Manager to our team of professionals. The right candidate will have the opportunity to join an ACMO 2000 Certified Company that believes in the core values of customer service, ethics, and education.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Proven ability to manage Condominiums and staff successfully
  • Committed to working in a team environment and able to put the company first
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Understanding and possessing the ability to perform customer service at a high level
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products as well as MS Outlook
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • RCM designation an asset

The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

  • Managing performance of staff and portfolios to a consistently high standard
  • Communicating at a senior level with Homeowners, Boards of Directors, Staff, and others
  • Attendance at Corporation Meetings
  • Working in a team approach to bring on new clients
  • Quality control of internal and external reporting systems
  • Ongoing support and development of the Acmo 2000 program
  • Creating and administering annual budgets

Property Manager

Job Description:

Malvern Condominium Property Management is seeking to add a Property Manager to our team of professionals. The right candidate will have the opportunity to join an ACMO 2000 Certified Company that believes in the core values of customer service, ethics, and education.

The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

  • Communicating daily with Homeowners, Boards of Directors, Staff, and others
  • Creating and presenting detailed Management Reports reflecting ongoing activity
  • Attendance at monthly evening Board Meetings
  • Managing work orders and logs
  • Creating and administering annual budgets
  • Reviewing and interpreting the Condominium Act as well as other Condominiums governing documents

Building Manager

Job Description:

Building Manager required for quality-minded Condominium Management firm. Various high-rise buildings throughout the GTA. Successful candidate must possess proven communication, organization & customer service skills. Prior experience a must.

The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the day to day operation for varied portfolio of Condominium Corporations
  • Overseeing major projects within the Corporations and coordinating with trades
  • Communication with Condominium Owners and Board Members
  • Weekly Site Inspections
  • Attending all Corporation meetings including; Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings & Special General Meetings
  • Yearly preparation of Operating Budget
