Bill Thompson
Bill Thompson has worked in property management since 1985. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University. In his career, he has worked as a Property Manager, Vice President, and President at three different management companies. Bill has served on the Board of Directors of the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario, and has been an active member on many of its committees. He currently sits on the Certification and Standards Committee which is responsible to set industry expectations. He was amongst the first to attain his R.C.M. designation in 1988. Bill has instructed in the Humber College Property Management Course.
Bill attained his ACCI designation from the Canadian Condominium Institute in June 2000. He is an active member of both the Toronto Chapter Board and CCI National, and sits on the National Executive Board. He has lectured at the CCI courses from the Basic and Advanced sessions. He has been a guest speaker at numerous condominium industry conferences. Bill has been Chair of the Membership Committee, and Co-Chair of the Education Committee for CCI-T.
John Damaren
John Damaren obtained his RCM designation in the year 2000 and was elected to Acmo’s Board of Directors in 2003. John served on the Board in the capacities of Director and Vice-President, and from 2007 – 2009 was appointed to the position of President. John co-chaired the 11th and 12th Annual Acmo-Cci Condominium Conferences and chaired the Certification & Standards Committee from 2004 - 2009. John also served on Acmo’s Membership and Marketing, Website, Communications, and Government Relations committees. In 2009 John co-chaired the steering committee for the newly formed National Association of Condominium Managers (NACM) and continues to be associated with both Acmo and NACM through volunteer committee work. John has also been involved with Malvern’s Acmo 2000 program since certification in September 2000.
Other notable highlights include recipient of Acmo’s 2006 Manager of the Year, and President’s award in 2007. John has worked in the Property Management industry since 1991 with Malvern Condominium Property Management. He began his career as a Property Manager, followed by Senior Manager, and currently holds the title of Vice-President. Prior employment experiences include work in the construction and real estate sectors.
Grace McCullough

Claudia Moisa
Claudia Moisa began her Canadian work experience in the residential sector in 1994. She eventually worked her way up to the position of Property Manager overseeing a large portfolio for local investors. She worked in that market until 2003, and has been involved with Condominium Property Management ever since. Malvern has been her home since January 2004, where she has continually developed her condominium management skills.
In August 2005 Claudia was very pleased to have attained her RCM designation. Claudia’s portfolio includes high-rise buildings and townhouse complexes, both old and new. Claudia is very proud of each of the communities under her watch. Claudia’s strength, and an area in she excels, is in assisting Malvern’s new clients to resolve their challenges and to work their way through the Tarion process.
Claudia has been a proud member of the Condos Care team put together by Malvern since 2006. The empathy and the relationships developed in the Condominium business have helped her to raise thousands of dollars for the Weekend to End Breast Cancer cause.
Valerie Boily

Irfan Alli
Irfan Alli holds a Diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology from Centennial College, and a Certificate in Applied Management Techniques from Seneca College.
Before coming to Malvern, he worked as a field service engineer, instructor, and production manager for the Canadian branch of an international engineering company. This enables him to effectively work with engineers and contractors in the property management industry. As field service engineer, Irfan was able to visit, work at, and see firsthand the operations of companies in every part of Canada, as well as in Pakistan, India, Jordan, Guyana (South America), Indonesia, and South Korea. He has also spent time in Japan, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia and Brazil. As a result of living and working in various cultures, he can easily relate to condominium owners from different parts of the world.
His many years of management training and experience were enriched when he helped build a large community center from the ground up, while serving as the secretary of the board. This gave him a practical understanding of how buildings are constructed and how their systems work. Irfan obtained his RCM designation in June 2011.

George Costescu holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic Institute, Bucharest, Romania, obtained in 1986. Before coming to Malvern, he worked as a field quality engineer, instructor, and CMM programmer .This enables him to effectively work with engineers and contractors in the property management industry.
George has worked in Condominium Management since 2008. He began his career in Property Management with Malvern Condominium Property Management as Building Manager and promoted to Property Manager position in 2011. In 2009, George completed the ACMO Condominium Management and Administration program. He will attain his RCM designation in 2011.

Alice Leung began her full-time property management career with Malvern Condominium Property Management in 2007. With her extensive experience in both the banking industry and the real estate industry, Alice strives to manage condominiums efficiently and effectively in order to further their financial standing and the homeowners' pride of ownership. Alice also holds a double-major Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology, and her academic background enables her to recognize the intrinsic value of home ownership, the significance of providing good client services, and the importance of promoting a sense of community. Alice is currently working toward her RCM designation.
Pamela Murphy
Pamela started working as a Condominium Accounting Manager in 2005, then advanced into Property Management in 2008. She obtained her RCM designation in 2010. Pamela holds several diplomas in Accounting and believes that you need to challenge yourself to learn something new everyday.
Gabriela Nica

Before coming to Malvern, Chris worked in the fire protection industry and has experience in design and inspections. This helps him work effectively with mechanical engineers and contractors in the property management industry.
For many years Chris’s Mother managed properties for Malvern therefore Chris is a second generation of Malvern’s Managers. Malvern is just like home for Chris!
Chris began working in the property management industry with Malvern Condominium Property Management in 2011 as a Building Manager. He has started the ACMO Condominium Management and Administration program through Mohawk College and is working towards his RCM designation.
Brigitte Smith
Brigitte Smith started her career in the Property Management field as a building manager in 2005. Brigitte is currently working toward her RCM designation and is looking forward to gaining more knowledge in order to better understand and serve her clients.
Originally from a real estate background, Brigitte understands the importance of home ownership and the pride we take in the place we call home.
Alex Vainshtein
Alexander Vainshtein has worked in property management since 2001. He studied Civil Engineering in Chernovtsy State University and has a Software Engineering diploma from Jordan Valley College. He has worked as a self-employed Property Manager. He joined Malvern in January 2005, and has been a valuable asset to our team. In 2008 he obtained his R.C.M. designation.
