In 2014, Malvern Condominium Property Management became the first Condominium Management firm to include electronic service requests to our Nexus community websites – provided at no cost to all our valued clients.

From time to time issues will arise either within the units or the general common elements which will require follow-up by Management.   For routine requests we are pleased to provide for use by all Owner’s and residents the ability to place service requests through your community website.  Requests are separated by category to ensure they are forwarded to the appropriate department for a speedy response.   If you utilize this service, all updates will be sent to you by email so that you have the most up-to-date information possible about the status of your request.   In addition, Malvern’s senior management team will have the ability to monitor requests submitted to ensure all residents are receiving prompt, accurate and courteous replies.
