On November 5 & 6, 2010, the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario and the Canadian Condominium Institute held their 14th annual conference. Malvern is proud to have sponsored this conference since 2002. The conference is an amazing opportunity for Condominium Managers to learn from the leaders of our industry. This year’s theme was “Staying Ahead of the Curve”- topics included accessibility for disabled residents, new initiatives in Reserve Fund Investing, Human Relations, Leadership, Technology and Risk Management.
